Senior Litigation Attorney | Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Growing firm seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to independently manage cases from inception through resolution and potentially mentor junior associates.

What They're Looking For

5-15 years of civil litigation experience
Strong experience with depositions, motions, discovery, and case strategy
Ability to run cases independently
Trial experience a plus
Leadership/mentoring experience preferred

Compensation

$155K-$225K base
Up to $250K for the right candidate
Billable bonus (target: 1,600 hours)
10% origination bonus
Additional discretionary bonus
